Government Update The DfE is seeking views on the green paper about the changes they want to make to the special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and alternative provision (AP) system in England. Following a delay to the production of the SEND Review in alternative formats (British sign language and easy-read, as well as a guide to the SEND review for children and young people) the DfE have extended the consultation closing date to 23.45 on 22 July, to give participants time to use the new materials and submit their responses.
