I am a dedicated, confident and conscientious individual with a professional approach to my working life. Driven by a determination to achieve success, despite some the challenges that I face as a neurodiverse individual. I take great pride in my work and the organisations I have had the privilege to be a part of. With over 20 years of extensive experience spanning various sectors including education, event and hospitality management, retail, and the not-for-profit sector, I have honed a versatile skill set that enables me to provide invaluable support to businesses, enterprise, educational institutions, and the third sector. I possess the ability to operate seamlessly at all levels of seniority, offering a distinctive blend of personal and professional perspectives that present unique opportunities for strategic decision-making. Throughout my career, I have delivered professional services encompassing operational and strategic support, as well as spearheading specific projects focused on raising awareness and fostering development. Motivated by a genuine passion for disability and inclusion, I approach my work with a deep understanding of these issues at its core. Leveraging my own experiences with dyslexia and neurodiversity, I offer empathetic and strategic insights that contribute to solving problems and shaping effective strategies.
