Inspiration SEND Network – SEND for Curriculum Leads

“Every leader a leader of SEND”… but what if you feel you don’t know enough about SEND to really lead on it? This is the first in a series of interactive sessions for leaders in mainstream schools who aren’t the SENCO, designed to develop knowledge and understanding of the key considerations for pupils with SEND within a specific domain.

This first session is for Curriculum Leaders (mainstream primary/secondary). How do you develop a curriculum which is both ambitious and accessible for all, including pupils with SEND? How do you support your teachers to implement the curriculum in such a way that it has the intended impact for all pupils, particularly those with SEND?
