The provision set out in Section F of the EHCP must be detailed and specific. The only relevant issue is whether the provision is required to meet the child’s needs (not whether resources or services are locally available). If the contents of Section F are unclear it is possible that the special educational provision will not be delivered in the right quantity, by the right person or even at all.
