This executive roundtable is exclusively for senior HR leaders and executives with strategic and decision making responsibilities for implementing employee culture, wellbeing & productivity strategies, and KPIs at work.
The focus of this roundtable discussion is about The Rise of the New Leader: Why Line Managers Are the Key to Workplace Wellbeing and Retention in 2023. We will discuss the importance of the role of the line manager in identifying signs of poor mental health and low productivity in employees and effectively signposting for support.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has strongly recommended that organisations to train managers to support their workers’ mental health. With this in mind, we are hosting this executive roundtable to provide an opportunity for senior HR leaders to discuss how line managers can model healthy behaviours in the workplace.
It will also seek to determine how to create a psychologically safe working environment so that employees feel empowered to seek support from professional service before poor mental health impacts greatly on workplace productivity.
